About
مِنّا، للناس.
People helping people.
MINNA is a Saudi community initiative built around the idea that positive change does not always need to begin with something big.
Our story
Sometimes it begins with noticing.
Sometimes it begins with an idea.
Sometimes with a bottle of cold water, a thoughtful package, a school supply, a conversation or an experience that brings people together.
MINNA turns these ideas into action.

Why MINNA
Because it is easy to walk past.
Cities move quickly. Needs are usually visible long before anyone acts on them. MINNA exists to shorten the distance between noticing something and doing something about it.
What we believe
Small and real beats large and vague.
- People first. Always the people involved, not the programme.
- Do it properly, or wait until you can.
- Document honestly; never exaggerate what happened.
- Anyone can contribute, whatever they bring.
How we work
From an idea to something real.
01
Notice
We recognise a need or an opportunity.
02
Imagine
We develop an idea around it.
03
Gather
We bring together the people and resources needed.
04
Create
We turn the idea into a real project.
05
Share
We document the experience and its impact.
The people behind MINNA
A community, not a staff list.
Every project is carried by a different mix of people. These are the roles that keep showing up.
Volunteers
The people on the ground on the day: packing, carrying, welcoming, clearing up.
Creatives
Photographers, filmmakers, designers and writers who keep the record of each project.
Organisers
The ones who turn an idea into a plan with dates, permissions and logistics.
Contributors
People who give what they have: a skill, a van, a connection, an hour.

مِنّا، للناس.
From us, for people.
Small ideas can become meaningful things when people come together.
